Fat Yankee Jerky is an education business owned and operated by Keith Rainville. We sell courses, guides, templates, and community access focused on helping people start and grow beef jerky businesses. We are based in Spring Hill, Florida, United States.

We collect only what we need to serve you:

• You give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, state/location, and any notes you share through our contact form or email opt-in popup.
• Collected automatically: basic technical information from your browser (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site), and cookies used by our hosting platform and analytics tools.
• Purchases and community access: when you join the Skool community or purchase a course, Skool and our payment processor collect additional information to fulfill your purchase. Their privacy policies govern that data.

3. How we use it

• To answer the questions you send us.
• To send you the free resources you requested (e.g., the Jerky Starter Kit).
• To email you occasional updates, new resources, and community news only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe any time.
• To improve the site, the content, and how we communicate.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party services to run the business. They only receive the data they need to do their job:

• ClientSystemPro (GoHighLevel): hosts this website, powers our CRM, and sends email.
• Skool: hosts the private community and its courses. See skool.com/privacy.
• Facebook and YouTube: if you click through to our Facebook Group or YouTube channel, their privacy policies apply there.
• Payment processors: process any transactions — we never see or store your payment card information.
• Legal, if required: we'll share information when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences, measure traffic, and occasionally run retargeting ads. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies — doing so may affect how the site works for you.

6. Your choices and rights

You have the right to:

We rely on our hosting platform's security (encryption in transit via HTTPS, access controls, monitored infrastructure). No online system is 100% secure — if you notice a security issue, please email us immediately.

This site isn't aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
